You will need a towel, your sunscreen and your hat.
– Cancellation up to 7 days before the cruise: 100% refund.
– Cancellation between 7 days and 72 hours before the cruise: 50% refund.
– Cancellation less than 72 hours before the cruise: No refund.
– If your sailing is cancelled due to high winds or low participation, we will make every effort to reschedule for another date. If the rescheduled date is not suitable for you for any reason, you will receive an immediate 100% refund.
However, there’s an option to purchase a Flex ticket through our website for a small fee , offering a more flexible cancellation policy.
Specifically:
– You can cancel or reschedule your trip anytime up to 24 hours before the cruise!
– In case of cancellation, you’ll only be charged the Flex Ticket fee and receive a refund of the main ticket price.
– If you wish to reschedule for another day, availability for the preferred day is necessary.
